You Will Need

  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric
  • Quarter tsp. of cinnamon
  • One tablespoon stevia or honey
  • One or Two Tbsp. green or black loose leaf tea
  • some lemon slices, optional

How To Prepare

  1. Add all ingredients to the bottom of a saucepan, add some hot water to the halfway point (like two cups of water), and let simmer for ten minutes.
  2. Remove the mix and leave to cool down
  3. Last, add some ice cubes, pour the tea in a cup, and combining some lemon slices. Enjoy and naturally fight inflammation in the body!
