Summer is no longer here! I wish I could still relax at the pool every day, unfortunately, pool days are far behind. My favorite summer smoothie was this Pineapple, Banana, and Coconut Smoothie. This tropical smoothie is easy to make and very refreshing.
I’ve combined fresh pineapple, banana, light coconut milk, and ice in a blender and mix until smooth. It is that easy! This smoothie is excellent for breakfast, snack time, or even as a dessert. - One large banana cut into chunks
- 2 cups fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
